Do you offer rush shipping?
Yes, however, please contact us first! Our orders take approximately 3 - 7+ business days to ship out for non-customized items and can take 10 - 14+ business days for customized items. We offer Priority 2-3 days shipping and Overnight 1-2 days shipping on some items. Please note, orders will still take the standard time to make/ship, just because Priority or Overnight shipping is chosen, doesn't mean your order will be delivered that soon. Please contact us first for rush orders that are needed before our standard shipping times. Thanks!!
Who is responsible for Delayed / Lost Packages?

No, we do not offer a pickup option. We ship all of our orders via a postal service.
