– Banner is made of a SINGLE layer of 110 lb heavy cardstock paper, ribbon, print outs and held together with tulle. Scallop circles measure 5 inches and the letters are printed directly on the scallops.
-There is extra ribbon on each end to allow banner to be hung up. Each of the banner pieces measures approximately 5”
