– Banner is made out of a single layer of 110 lb cardstock paper, ribbon, print outs and held together with tulle. Cutouts on ends measure approximately 7 inches and the letters are printed directly on the scallop circles.
-There is extra ribbon on each end to allow banner to be hung up.
